• Admission to a Doctor of Philosophy program is normally granted to applicants holding a Master by research degree or a Bachelor degree with First Class Honours or Second Class Honours Division A. Admission can be granted to applicants who demonstrate a background equivalent to these qualifications.

• 10 years of diplomatic experience or equivalent professional experience with public service or civil society organisations that focus on international, transnational or global affairs.

The number of places available in the program may be limited by the Dean due to supervisory capacity, and admission to Honours is with the written approval of the Honours Convener.

The Graduate Diploma of Business is an exit Award only and is not available for direct admission.

This Graduate Diploma is an exit pathway for students in Masters degrees within the Research School of Finance Actuarial Studies and Applied Statistics, Research School of Accounting and Research School of Management. Students who do not meet the progression requirement to proceed to the second year will be transferred to the Graduate Diploma in Business. Alternatively, those students who do not wish to continue in to the second year of the Masters program can elect to exit with the Graduate Diploma in Business.

The Graduate Diploma of Environment is an exit Award only and is not available for direct admission.
