Hours are fairly flexible. Depends on your manager and what area you work in.

Work hours are great, you can come in 2 days a week if it suits you, but most of us love the work we're doing and the people we're around we end up spending more time in the office than "required"

Nearly all teams are very flexible, working from home is on offer for everyone and managers are very good with trust.

Telstra is very progressive in its working arrangements. Their flexibility allows the opportunity to work from home and office locations outside of your main building. Additionally, they are respectful of commitments outside of work (sport and co-curricular)

I have the ability to work from any location so long as I deliver on my commitments. We typically work 7.5 hours a day. It's a truly amazing way to work and I find myself being more productive than ever!

Very flexible i.e. coming in early/leaving early and working from home opportunities (sometimes multiple times a week)

Work from home is the best part. I can work with requiring to apply for a leave.

I generally start work at 8am and finish between 4-5:30 depending on the day. When it has been quite busy, the latest I've stayed at work is 6pm. Telstra is very flexible and prides itself on allowing workers to work from home.

I work 8.30am - 5pm, and am rarely expected to work overtime. Work life balance is fantastic, especially compared to friends at other companies. Almost everyone will be out of the office by 5.00-5.30pm

Work 38hr weeks. Work whenever there is work to be done, go home when there is nothing to do.

There is an expectation of the window of time you should be available which is reasonable - with the occasional need to work beyond those hours, however you are given time back to compensate for any extra hours worked

While most people work standard hours, there is a lot of flexibility. It's possible to start and end earlier or later if you need to and it's quite easy to work from home as well. The expectation is that you produce the work required of you; the exact number of hours worked less important.

Could not recommend Telstra any higher. Amazing place to work for flexibility.

The flexibility is fantastic - I can work from anywhere and am rarely required to work beyond my contracted hours.

As flexible as can be expected. It particularly helps that I can fulfill my responsibilities entirely from my laptop

The hours are a standard working week with a 45-minute lunch. Telstra promotes a strong work/life balance and with this is very flexible with the hours. There is the flexibility to choose your hours as long as you do the required work and fulfill the hours that are required. There is also the ability to work from home meaning that you don't have to be in at the office at all times.
