The role is very analysis focused, with several opportunities to branch out and coach the client in generating sustainable results. Day to day responsibilities include analysis of improvement initiatives, coaching client teams, gathering data, creating reporting mechanisms, daily meetings with clients to align expectations, and of course some friendly banter with the team!

Work is interesting - lots of analysis At lower levels client interaction is quite limited - mostly excel and powerpoint work with some access thrown in for good measure

The role is very challenging. I am often asked to do things that I feel unqualified to do. That said, my colleagues offer a lot of support. When I look at immediate supervisors, say ~3 years experience, I am often astonished by how much they are able to get done in a day.
