The culture of the company is very results focused, being one of the few consulting firms that genuinely care about what is right for the client. The hierarchy is very flat and middle heavy, meaning that you are able to learn and develop skills regardless of where you are in the organisation. Teamwork is essential and communication with your team and client is your most valuable asset when it comes to consulting delivering sustainable results. Social life has gotten better thanks to a work from home Fridays initiative being driven by senior leadership. Colleagues are all down to earth, exciting people who all have their own unique quirks.

Good, feedback driven culture. Know where you stand and most people want to contribute to development. Can be a focus on criticism without enough attention delivered to celebrating success

Company is not very hierarchical or political. Most people are high EQ and very pleasant. The FIFO/disjointed nature of the work means you don't spend much time with people outside of your current project team.
