Salary at Monadelphous Australia

I am very happy with the pay, my income has gone up roughly 25% since starting. While on site I am given a 25% site uplift. I count this as a "Bonus" below

Started off quite low but has increased quite quickly. Two salary reviews a year whilst on graduate program plus bonuses once a year if your division does well.

We get reviewed every 6 months which usually results in a generous pay increase

Yet to receive a bonus but I believe the pay is quite competitive.

I have always been happy with my pay during the graduate program, as I have progressed so has my salary.

Pay is competitive for a contracting company in this industry. Low priority concern for me.

I personally am paid in line with my experience and qualifications. Bonuses are sporadic but I am satisfied.

Office pay is reasonable. Site uplift is less than it should be.

Considering the level of responsibility and current market position the pay and bonuses could do with an increase.

Annual salary reviews are taken seriously, although not done in consultation with you (maybe that's graduate specific)? And graduate salary reviews are 6 monthly. No bonuses.

As a grad, the pay is evaluated twice as often as for non-grads. Generally, staff renumeration is evaluated annually to keep up with inflation and the market. For grads, there is the additional consideration of your experience gained and this is reflected in the calculations. Pay is not my primary concern but I am more than happy that I am able to support my family and be recognised for my efforts.

Base Salary is above average compared to other employers. I also can get site uplift allowance when I work more than 50 hours.

They quite frequently hold sundowner events where you can socialize with your colleagues and have a few drinks.

Secondly, they are very generous - moved from Sydney to the Hunter Valley, to have accommodation supplied with a food subsidy as well. And a site vehicle to go from the office to the mine site.

Monos has covered course costs and materials, bicycle lockers, gym in the building at very low rate, reasonably active social club, subsidised Adventure World tickets for family fun day.

There's not really much perks since I started working for them. But they do expense claim when you work away from home.
