The Video interview asking questions about yourself and the Phone screening was casual conversation

The interview process involved a few different online interviews with one face to face interview which was part of an Assessment Centre. My references were contacted as well. I'd say it was a through process.

The interview was more of a discussion about the role than a test of wits which I liked.

The hiring process was pretty easy. I applied online and got a response to do a recorded video interview. After that, I got a call that I did well on my video interview and was asked to do an interview at the Brisbane office with the General Manager and the Business Improvement Manager. Then got an offer on the same day.

The interview process was very efficient. I had the interview on Friday afternoon and got the offer Monday morning. The interview was quite straightforward and easy to understand.
Graduate, Perth - 22 Jan 2020
There were no official assessments and the interview was fairly relaxed. Most of the process was with a lady from HR who was liaising with my prospective managers so I didn't have anything to do with them until the final deciding interview. I was a few minutes late but one of the interviewers was a further few minutes late so my stress was eased and we had a good laugh.
Graduate, Perth - 22 Jan 2020
Telephone interview, then in person interview. Completed paperwork, and then mobilised to site.
