Learn and understand what Monadelphous does, the differences between East/West coast and the M&IS / EC divisions. If you can understand that, you've already got a good head start. If you can learn current projects being completed, even better.

- be calm - be honest - have fun - know your resume inside out as interviewers will pick at things to try and get to know you better - charity work and social clubs are your number 1 environment to learn core values and to apply them (if you haven't joined a unit club or done charity work then now is the time to apply yourself in your community)
