If you walk into any office, you see men and women doing the same jobs, from entry level to senior management, which is great. Indigenous Participation is really important, especially as a lot of the projects are in the Pilbara region.

Diversity is a large focus point currently for Monadelphous.The Gender Diversity & Inclusion Committee guides a lot of the initiatives the company is currently going through to encourage diversity within the business.
