Meet our Deloitte Australia emerging female leaders who are transforming their career with the help of the Deloitte Aspiring Women program. The program is part of our gender equality strategy, Inspiring Women created in 2000 with a focus on "getting our unfair share of female talent" through the support, development and advancement of talented women across the entire span of their career. Our Inspiring Women program is led by Deloitte Senior Partner and Deloitte board member Margaret Dreyer and People & Performance Partner, Alec Bashinsky.

“I didn’t come out when I was 17, I started coming out…” Deloitte Digital Manager Graham Price shares a personal story to nearly 6,000 people around the country, at our firm-wide town hall event, State of the Nation. He’s joined by Responsible Business and Deloitte Foundation Director Gerry Voon, as they both shared their powerful and eye-opening accounts on why LGBTI inclusion is so important.
