There's a women's group, LGBT goals and there is ethnic diversity amongst the junior staff. Not so much at a senior level.

Programs to include everyone.

The company has won awards for diversity and actively promote it. For example, men can take as many months of maternity leave as women can.

In all aspects my company excels, a huge emphasis is made on diversity in the office. Employee benefits are great (e.g. equal maternity and paternity leave). We just won an award for LGBT inclusivity, and 40% of new partners promoted this week were women.

Deloitte is a leading company within this field. Currently we have a 50-50 split of male and females in Manager positions and below. Unfortunately, that number gets skewed towards males the higher you go i.e. partners, but Deloitte it working on this (it takes more time to change than others, since there a limited partner promotions per year). A lot of my colleagues are young mums and single mums and Deloitte helps them manage this with ease (most of the time I forget they have a child, you cant tell). Maternity and Paternity leave are given EQUALLY at Deloitte as long as you are the PRIMARY care holder i.e. both mother and father cant have leave from Deloitte, its one of the other; however, you can do X days mother than X days father. We also have female accelerated programs.

Company has a big focus on LGBTI+ inclusion and gender equality. Men are encouraged to take paternity leave equivalent to what women receive, and the working arrangements are very flexible to allow for child care etc.

Ethnic diversity is definitely not a problem on my floor. There is less females but that is more because of the field I work in. Our CEO is very supportive of the LGBT community and we have recently received quite a few company wide emails about it.

Increasingly more diverse and it's a firm priority that's reflected in the feel and make up of the teams. There's good systems set up for maternity leave and recruitment.
