There is not a tone of formal training, but independent training is recommended

We have regular casual training events but also have a budget allocated for doing online training or going to conferences. I've had a bunch of training related to AWS which has allowed me to use our systems much more comfortably. Grads also have a more formal training session every Friday run by someone within the company which cover a broad range of topics like what it is like to work in a particular team, how to use a particular tool/framework, ways to encourage growth, how to think about the customer, etc.
