Great flexible work options. My role requires lots of interaction with others, which makes working in the office a requirement most days. Managers open to discuss pretty much anything.

The company is improving with this regard, and over the time I have worked here (almost 2 years) I feel that my work/life balance has improved significantly. Overtime is an occasional requirement due to the nature of the work.
