I've found managers to be very accessible and senior executives are quite involved.

They're fine as they are. Sometimes they're really busy, but that's just how it is in their position.

My personal line managers are accessible and will offer advice and feedback. Some senior members of company hierarchy can be difficult to approach.

Managers are accessible most of the time. Although they don't always act fast enough on queries/requests.

I think internal communication in the department is good. not quite sure about that. don't really need to interact with upper management. However, there are occasions where they present in front of the people.

Several tiers of management. Bottom 2 tiers very accessible, good mentors. Higher tiers less accessible, but all still very approachable when they are around.

I find myself having to make the effort to get work tasks, feedback and ask about future prospects for career development. More assistance with getting on different projects to grow a variety of skills would be good.

Some managers are very interactive and within close proximity whereas others are more distant

My manager is very hands on and willing to give time to listen to anything. Additionally, through the culture there are networking events to bring the management to the graduates
