Very welcoming and social, at the same time hard working a diligent.

There doesn't feel like there is a hierarchy. Everyone that I have met has been very friendly

I work extra hours which could be appreciated better. On the other hand, there is a good social scene with lots of very approachable and friendly people to chat to and have a drink with.

While all teams and offices are different, both my team and my office are great people and the company broadly supports great culture. There's initiatives from senior hierarchy and when people put in the effort they get to do fun things.

Good focus on cooperation and teamwork - highly encouraged. Socialising is good in some areas, i.e. first Friday drinks, and not so good in others

There is a strong culture that encourages social connection with co-workers and work/life balance. The only difficulty is an ingrained culture in engineering that underestimates the abilities of graduates, which is difficult particularly if you are a mature aged graduate with extensive prior work experience.

Open, honest, relatable, fun. Large company with several different social groups.

There is a healthy work culture. Everyone is friendly and up for a chat, there's plenty of socialising when we're done working as well as throughout the day.

People are very happy and approachable, there are excellent networking nights.

In Office: When there is work to be done most people knuckle down and are able to bounce ideas off one another. Lunch time quiz is a great intermission for the day. First Friday Drinks is a nice reward for all the hard work and most young staff kick on afterwards. Outside Work: The young graduates similar experience generally stick together when going out and are always accepting and courteous of other beliefs, religions etc.

Working on a major project, across numerous teams, everyone is helpful and approachable. Some small clicks, but on the whole everyone gets on with each other.

Culture is good, ability for employees to freely share knowledge is great. Managers generally are able to relate to their subordinates
