Application Process & Interviews at Woodside Energy

8.2
8.2 rating for Recruitment, based on 5 reviews
Please describe the interview process and assessments.
My process lacked structure/schedules not stuck to, but I hear that my case was unusual
Graduate, Perth - 12 Feb 2018
When recruited as a graduate, my interviews were conducted over the phone following my initial application on online testing. Following that screening process, I was flown to Perth (from Brisbane) for an assessment centre at Woodside Plaza. The assessment centre was a full day process and encompassed team activities, individual interviews with senior management, and education seminars.

Ensure adequate understanding of the organisation. Understand that engineering roles within Woodside are not as technical as what you could expect from an engineering design house.
