Yes, I am lucky to have a number of good managers and mentors.

The mentors are I have been assigned so far were highly experienced, knowledgeable.

Yes, my managers are approachable and always willing to assist when possible

Being in a professional role for such time, I have not been exposed to praise and recognition as such. My work responsibility is still small-scaled, but the communication within my team is good. There is very little misunderstanding and everyone seems to be on the same page.

I have had two managers so far with different styles. Both provided good feedback and good opportunities to contribute meaningful work to team outcomes.

Depends on what team you work for. Some managers really care about your training and development and how you are settling into the new role etc. Some managers care only about your technical abilities.

Management is good in some areas of the business. I've been to an area for 6 months where I almost never saw the Area Manager!

I have had very good managers wherever I have went. They've been very open and honest and willing to support me.
