VMware New Grad - Graduate Software Development Engineer

As part of our End User Computing team, you will design, develop and maintain products focused on real time application delivery and user environment management. You'll also be part of a seasoned and bright engineering team with a culture of open communication, empowerment, innovation, test-driven development (TDD), teamwork and customer success. We are looking for a graduate with a strong self-directed work ethic and a nimble mindset.

Successful candidates should have:

• a good knowledge of OOP and/or any of the following programming languages and technologies; C#, C++, C, Java
• knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, Design patterns
• a good command of English
• a willingness to be Agile and highly adaptive
• a desire to take ownership and responsibility
• an open mind, wanting to innovate, learn and share knowledge
• a good analytical and problem-solving skills
