Standardising and harmonising country, APJ and Corporate processes to ensure one comms business operating system works across the region to minimise bureaucracy and maximise operational efficiency at Asia Pacific Japan, country PR manager and agency support level.
Standardising PR and AR metrics and reporting across country, region and global. Driving this process and implementing at the direction of the APJ Director of Communications. This will include development and deployment of metrics that align with global measurement, as set by US Corporate Communications.
