The opportunity

Our Service Delivery team are looking for an eager graduate to take our data analysis to the next level! The Service Delivery team is responsible for ensuring Sydney's light rail runs effectively and safely every day. We are looking for a graduate that has a love for technology and is a self-proclaimed data nerd. You will be responsible for interpreting data sets from multiple systems and creating tools, templates and reports to ensure we are at the forefront of public transport. This role will not only see you utilise your next level technology skills however it will give you fantastic exposure to the fundamental operations of a public transport business. If you are looking to kick start your career in a truly diverse organsiation this is the role for you.

What you bring

  • A general love for technology. We are looking for an IT whiz experienced in database administration, hardware, software and programming
  • We are looking for a strong communicator that can naturally engage all levels of stakeholders
  • Being a self-proclaimed data nerd would help, you will be dealing with different data sets and constantly simplifying findings for those less data inclined
  • Ideally you will hold a degree in Information technology, Computer Science or Mathematics
  • You must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen to apply
  • Finally, we are all about a positive attitude and resilience if something doesn't go your way we want you to try again!
