The Opportunity

We have a unique opportunity for an eager graduate to join our Customer & Communications team. Our 18 month program will see you accelerate your career and become a guru at all things communication. On the daily you will learn to create effective collateral and communication for a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to use your exceptional communication skills to engage and build relationships with these stakeholders. Throughout the program you will see your accountability increase. In the long term we expect to see you scoping, planning and executing next level communication projects. This is a rare opportunity to work with a passionate team that want to see you grow!

What you bring

  • You will be a natural communicator that enjoys meeting a rage of stakeholders
  • As a wordsmith at heart you thrive on effective writing
  • Most importantly you love to be creative and bring fresh ideas to the table
  • You will hold a degree in Communications, Marketing or similar
  • If you are competent in InDesign, Adobe & Photoshop this would be a massive plus
  • You will need to have worked part-time (any job) for a minimum of 6 months or completed an internship to really hit the ground running
  • Finally we are all about a positive attitude and resilience, if something doesn't go your way we want you to try again!

    • There is often a large catalogue of work to complete, which can be overwhelming at times.

    • My office is pretty far from the main building which sometimes takes huge amounts of motivation to walk to if I need something.

    • Smaller teams, therefore resources can be quite stretched.
