Do you enjoy solving puzzles or playing strategy games? SIG's Graduate Quantitative Trader Program is an opportunity to transfer that passion into a successful career.

Graduate Quantitative Trader Program

The global Quantitative Trader Program at SIG Trading offers you the chance to learn from and collaborate with some of the world's best traders, technologists & quants.
Grads start in our Sydney office, spending time on a trading desk with experienced traders. Gaining exposure both on the job and in a classroom setting, you will learn how traders think about making decisions under uncertainty.

You will have the opportunity to spend 9-12 months in one of our US offices where you will continue with more in-depth classroom education, mock trading, and working with a trading desk.

Always Learning

At SIG Trading we believe that there is always something to learn and that ideas can come from anywhere, whether you are one of the founders or fresh out of university. Our focus on education has given us the reputation on Wall Street as having best-in-class development.

The application of game theory and decision science is at the core of what we do and, like great gamers, we are big on strategy and managing risk. Our education includes classes on poker and other games that require strategic thinking, pattern recognition, and quick response time. Many of our traders have studied game theory for years as accomplished, world-class gamers – another opportunity to learn from the best!
