When you join an organisation, the question many ask is what will life be like? The question we ask you is, what difference will you make?

No matter your role within Sanofi Australia and New Zealand, you are able to make a difference.

The Sanofi Graduate Program is a 24-month rotational program that offers you a fully supported learning environment to gain invaluable industry experience. Working within a global organisation, our program is designed to optimise your professional development and set you up for long term success. This is an opportunity to put knowledge from your tertiary studies into action by working collaboratively to tackle daily challenges and deliver best practice.

Based in Virginia Queensland, this role will work within our Consumer Healthcare Finance team. Commencing at the end of January 2020, we will work with you to develop your skills and experience by tailoring your rotations to suit your strengths and business needs.

At the end of your first twelve months, you will be offered the opportunity to present your learnings back to the leadership team.

Subject to performance throughout the program, and the direction you wish to take, there may be consideration for a permanent position at the end of the two-year program.

Our recruitment process involves an eligibility questionnaire at application, phone screen with a member of our recruitment team, video interview and assessment centre.

What we’re looking for:

  • Completion of a Commerce or Finance degree within the last two years, or expected graduation in 2019 to commence at the end of January 2020.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • A flexible approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A sound leadership ability
  • An eagerness to learn and contribute
  • A naturally collaborative & curious attitude

If you are a motivated and ambitious recent graduate looking to join a fantastic program, we would love to hear from you!
