Our Graduate Program Proposition
Successful Graduates will join our rural business in either Bendigo, Adelaide, Brisbane or Perth and enjoy multiple rotations through the business which could take you throughout Australia.

Your skills will be developed and refined through both on the job coaching and mentoring as well as in class room style learning environments. What are we looking for?
We are looking for talented and motivated graduates who have completed their degree within the last 3 years and want to join us in our purpose of supporting and enabling farmers to build vibrant businesses across Australia.

Extremely engaging work environment. Every day is a little bit different from the last. You never stop learning & developing as a person. Constantly Up skilling. I never fail to be engaged by the huge variety that is the Agribusiness sector. The ability to work with colleagues locally, whilst also on a state & national level.
