There are numerous promotion opportunities which are based on merit and performance. To be considered for a promotion, you basically have to be performing at the level you want to reach i.e. a junior needs to demonstrate senior qualities to be considered for a promotion. You also have to have managers/ partners who support your promotion request and can 'vouch' for you.
