Given my remote nature, as long as I complete the number of required hours and anything that is time sensitive I am aware of and complete on time then I have a huge amount of freedom.

Flexible in terms of when you have events and commitments. However working normal work hours should not be an expectation.

I generally work from 8:30pm-5:30pm each day, however this can be longer or shorter depending on the time of year/recruitment period. The company isn't too fussed with keeping to strict work hours because there's a lot of trust that everyone will manage the hours that work for them as long as they achieve what they need to do.
