What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Given the early nature of the company, I don't expect much more than what I am getting. Would love to see the growth of the company allow for higher initial wages to incentivise people to work for us without needing a strong passion for our work.

Working in the start-up space means that no one is rolling up to work in a Merc or flashing a Rolex, but that's one of the best things - knowing that really no one is working here because of a flashy bonus or salary figure. For me, I know that the work experience I'm building here would definitely get me those opportunities down the line if I choose to pursue that particular lifestyle - TBA on that one.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
Unlimited leave (unpaid) as long as it isn't during the most important times of the year.

Because our culture is so based upon the experiences of our students and leaders overseas, it means that there's a lot of opportunity to travel and meet heaps of new and amazing people. As well as this, the nature of the business throughout the year is that we have significantly different high and low periods for different roles, so with our unlimited leave policy we are able to take holidays during the low periods if we need.
