Please describe the interview process and assessments.
I applied for the job online via the graduate portal. I was then called in for an interview with the leader of the grad program. I was then successful and called into a second interview with the same person. I was then successful and had a third interview with the MD. I was then successful and was required to complete an online psych test prior to offer.

My Interview was not quite so mainstream. I was overseas for my entire application process and therefore I initially submitted my application online. After this round you are notified if you are successful or not & from there an initial interview is held, and a secondary interview if you were shortlisted. I was able to complete both of these interviews via Skype. In between the interviews there were sets of psychometric tests.
