There are many points of communication and feedback for all Grads. You complete module reviews with your current line manager, bi-monthly reviews with your manager at the time, and also peer reviews during projects such as grad camp. Praise and recognition come in many forms and there is also a public acknowledgement for company wide awards each year.

We are meant to have bi monthly catch ups with our managers. I have not had these as regularly as I should and I feel this means that true performance feedback isn't regular enough.

Managers and the leadership within Probuild are actively involved with the graduate program at program and often invest a large amount of time assisting in the growth and development of the team - they will often go out of their way to praise a job well done, and to ensure you are enjoying the tasks you have been assigned. similarly the Leadership Team and Managers often give great advice around future career prospects, ways to navigate current challenges and in general provide insight into where the company's future is heading.

There is a lot of opportunity for performance feedback in your grad reviews. Bi-monthly catch up meetings are arranged, however, these generally only occur a few times a year.

It varies from site to site but there have been some real shockers re one situation with my manager not providing feedback or performance reviews.

Senior Management are down to earth, engaging, polite and supportive. From the Victorian State Director to my manager I directly report to, they always have the time of day to support me.
