Pay and bonuses are good

Our bonus system is great. I think our grad salaries could be improved, as they do not recognise prior working experience - all grads start at the same rate.

As a grad I think the pay is great! There is a cool bonus scheme here too which I am yet to experience but I hear it is often very good!

The bonus structure is great however the entry level pay is low.

Generally happy with the salary. It is higher than big 4 consulting, and lower than 'MBB consulting (although MBB consulting requires double the hours). Bonus is generous and provided equally to all employees, regardless of level.

Bonuses are incredibly generous. The grad salary is a little low (perhaps 5-10%)

Company bonus scheme

Travel and all travel expenses covered. Intangibles such as self management, casual office wear (i.e. no dress code) are incredible.

We get our phone bills reimbursed. We get a "technology allowance". We get a sweet Christmas party. Regular work travel (expenses paid).
