There is a clear career path for my future

I have a clear roadmap as to what I need to achieve to progress my career.

The graduate program can be longer here than at other companies because you get the opportunity to explore a little more. As it is self-directed I suspect that if you wanted to move through it fast you could, but I didn't try.

There are many positions to move into as your skills progress.

Get lucky. Make yourself well known. Have a good manager who will champion you.
