Being a female, I have found this company to take a strong interest in female leaders. With every role that I have tackled so far, I have found all of my Managers/Leaders (mainly male) to be more than empowering. From what I have seen, the company employs and extremely diverse work force. I cannot speak of retention, child care and maternity leave as I have not yet experienced that with any employee yet. However, as mentioned above, the company are very empowering to move women up into senior positions, just as much as men.
