In the office the culture is great, great level of teamwork and comradery. Outside on the plant, the culture can be depending on the operators. After hours the culture is great, occasionally we all get drinks after work on a Friday. Everyone is friendly and welcoming after hours.

We are a company that split from a larger company a few years ago, and I think the culture reflects this attitude. Everyone is friendly and most people know each other. How much you cooperate with colleagues is largely up to you, if you can tackle things yourself you will be allowed to, but if you ask for help you'll get it.
