We're looking for someone who loves being busy, is great at time management and most of all has customer service in their blood! Join a small and dedicated team to support numerous clients coordinate various medical assessments for their employees across the globe.

The Role

Exciting and challenging role for an engaging individual to work as part of our MedFit team.

MedFit Services conducts health checks globally on behalf of our clients to make sure that their employees are medically fit for work assignments and business travel. Key responsibilities:

  • Liaising with medical providers and inter-departmental teams to coordinate appointments for members globally
  • Responding to internal and external queries from clients, members and medical providers, received via email, phone and case notes
  • Maintain clear and accurate case records and ensure cases are correctly managed
  • Collaborate with our medical team to progress cases towards the best outcome

Desired qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Strong Customer Service focus
  • Excellent team player with flexibility to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality regarding medical information
  • Computer literate in MS products
  • Previous experience in call centre or back office/ operational environment is beneficial but not necessary
