Our dedicated Lifestyle Concierge professionals assist our premium Australian clientele for all their concierge needs. We provide a wide variety of services, from fine dining through to organizing special events and luxury item purchases.

Our operations are available 24/7 and our concierges work on a 7 day rotating roster.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience working in a premium service environment and understanding of luxury clientele requirements
  • Ability to think creatively and a passion to engage and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Equipped with extensive and current knowledge of Sydney restaurants, accommodation, landmarks, attractions and events to recommend to clients
  • Excellent communication, time management and attention to detail skills
  • Previous Travel, Hotel and Tourism experience is highly desirable
