The interview process was excellent, the testing prior to attaining employment didn't feel like an exam, it was testing on soft-skills and placing importance on that as well.

I was hired as a vacationer initially in my penultimate year of university. I had two interviews with Grant Thornton; - The first interview was with the Head of People and Culture. This interview was focused around how I was the right candidate for the job. - The second interview was with the Head of Audit and Assurance. This interview was more of a casual nature and was focused around me as an individual, my career aspirations and my hobbies.
