Hours vary, but most of the time I work 8 hours excluding lunch hour. If longer hours are required on certain days, it is possible to leave early another day or leave or come in later from an appointment.

I know some graduates who work long hours, but there are also many people within the company (not so much grads but more experienced people) who work reduced hours and there are no issues. If I ever need to leave early it's fine if I start early, and the same with if I start later I can finish later.
