Corporate Social Responsibility at GHD Australia

We participate in various fundraising activities, and organised volunteering. We also are involved in various advocacy programs particularly with Indigenous students.

There are many initiatives and projects that one can volunteer in GHD.

We have a group GHD in the Community which supports volunteering work (various organisations and programs), GHD provides tutors to refugee students, works with local Aboriginal people when looking to undertake a significant project in an area that might be of significance for them.

Actively engaged with community organisations, both financially and by facilitating employee involvement. Pro-bono engineering projects are sometimes considered.

GHD sponsors employees to work overseas on Australian Aid projects through RedR.

There is a GHD in the Community program, although I don't know much about it. The company also seems very committed to integrity.

I help engage with a university GHD sponsor, epically with their charity initiatives to support women including Birthing Kits and Do it in a Dress to send girls in Africa to school. Participate in Mo-vember. Other charity initiatives.

I haven't worked on any personally, but I heard there are some good CSR projects out there

They have diversity and inclusion teams which run events focusing on these issues. They promote discussion during morning tea focusing on particular issues which I found interesting. Issues included respect to women, indigenous issues, LGBT, modern slavery, etc.

A number of initiatives regarding charity and pro bono work. Also involved with international programs, and sponsorship of company sports teams/events
