The ExxonMobil group of companies in Australia is one of this country's largest oil and gas producers and a major refiner and marketer of petroleum products. In Australia, approximately 1700 people are employed by our principal employer companies, Esso Australia Pty Ltd and Mobil Refining Australia Pty Ltd.
The prizes are awarded to the best students in the penultimate year of their Engineering program, selected on academic achievements, the impact of extra-curricular activities and leadership in workplace experiences.
The awards each comprise a $3000 cash prize and a certificate, plus potential for vacation work.
Prize winners will also be offered an interview for the ExxonMobil vacation program.
Eligibility:
Applicants for the ExxonMobil Prize for Excellence and leadership are required to have Australian citizenship or permanent residency and be in their penultimate year of an undergraduate engineering degree at RMIT University.
