The role

We are seeking an early career banking/financial services professional interested in establishing themselves in the agribusiness sector. Working alongside an experienced financial services team you will be responsible for supporting Agri Finance Managers on the delivery of banking and finance products to an existing client portfolio, including the preparation and analysis of agribusiness lending applications for credit assessment. This role presents a great opportunity for someone who is looking to build their career in agribusiness banking.

The person

Working closely with the Elders Financial Services Team, we are seeking someone with:

• A passion for delivering high quality customer service
• Outstanding communication and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to work autonomously.
• Proven ability to work within plans and deadlines alongside prioritising pressing client and management requests and generate sales.
• Proven ability to understand/interpret agribusiness financial statements.
• Ability to assist in identifying and generating sales opportunities.
• Basic understanding of credit/risk framework & ability to write credit submissions.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Rural industry knowledge and or experience
• A tertiary qualification in Business or Agriculture, or prior experience in the provision of finance and lending support, is desirable.
