What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Great for graduates
Graduate, Sydney - 11 Jan 2018
We have fairly average pay in comparison to friends in similar industries, however the bonus is very good.

I don't think you work at a company like this to get paid a lot, you work to get experience and knowledge and build your capability (and because you enjoy it)
Graduate, Sydney - 19 Dec 2017
The pay package is very satisfying at Diageo, but in the graduate program you do commit to a capped salary progression for three years so by your third year you can feel under compensated for the work youre doing. That being said, the experience, training, and development you get through the program is unbelievably good so I am happy with the trade-off.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
Free tickets to festivals, bar work at festivals and summer hours
Graduate, Sydney - 11 Jan 2018
We get an allowance to purchase our products; we have a free bar with amazing bartenders that we can also bring friends to; we can occasionally get concert or festival tickets; we sometimes get invited to fun awards nights or dinners; and every so often we will down tools at work and go out for the afternoon to unwind and celebrate recent achievements.
Graduate, Sydney - 19 Dec 2017
We have an alcohol allowance of $800 per year

Free alcohol and free tickets to events
Graduate, Sydney - 12 Dec 2017
Summer hours during the summer months the office closes at 3pm on Fridays, allowing people to get to the beach or go home and spend more time with family and friends. It is expected that you work an extra few hours Mon-Thurs to compensate for the early finish but it is an amazing perk.
