From my short experience, and speaking to colleagues, it does seem difficult for some employees to move up the ranks once they reach a mid-level role and are looking for a senior role.

It is quite a lean structure so it can be difficult, however if you are a strong performer the business will ensure you are giving the learning and development opportunities you need.
