As a graduate we rotate through different teams and managers, my experience has been perfect. Great management, great mentorship. Management is always looking to recognize good performance to the senior level including nominating graduates for Secretary's Awards.

As previously mentioned, the department is very siloed and a lot more work needs to be done to improve the way we communicate internally. Given that work is distributed nationally by function, we need to put a lot more effort into getting feedback from all staff.
