Datacom End User Support Analyst - Graduate Opportunity

The Role

In this role you will use your customer knowledge, general IT understanding and great communication skills to provide technical maintenance, support services within agreed service levels and maintain technical documentation. You will be comfortable providing hands on technical customer service support and be able to use tools and processes to deliver services to customers and resolve issues.

You'll be an effective and professional point of contact for all end users you support and educate them on how to best utilise their technical environment. You will also assist with resolving any immediate business needs of the customer.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have a passion for IT, a thirst for learning and understand the importance of outstanding customer service. You are able to learn new material quickly and you love to solve problems. You have good communication skills and you are passionate about proactively resolving issues and helping people.
