About CUB & AB InBev

At Carlton & United Breweries, you are opening yourself up a world of career possibilities. We are a part of AB InBev, the largest and only truly global brewer selling over 400 brands across 100 markets, employing 200,000 people. Our Dream is to bring people together for a better world. We are committed to driving growth that leads to better living for more people in more places and focussed on bringing people and cultures together through our brands and experiences.

The Program

At AB InBev, we believe in investing in our future leaders today. Our intensive 10 week internship program attracts the brightest and most driven Bachelor and Masters students in their penultimate year. Working on real business projects alongside industry experts in our Sales, Marketing, Supply or Corporate teams, you will have hands-on experience from day one.
Our goal is to find people who can take on challenging positions early on in their career and who have the potential to be our Global Management Trainee's and further become our future leaders. We achieve this by putting our interns into positions where they will gain insight into the business and work on a real business project as part of the internship.
