What we offer
We offer an exciting 2 year Graduate program featuring rotations in one of our following businesses:
- Convenience Retail (including merchandising, marketing, retail operation and management),
- Fuels and Infrastructure (including Engineering, logistics, analytics and operations), or
- Corporate (including professional services, HR, IT, Finance, Strategy, Legal and Corporate Affairs).
As well as invaluable hands on experience, you will participate in a placement onsite, and gain exposure to a wide range of business areas. We will provide you with the knowledge and development needed to succeed and put you on course to becoming a future leader at Caltex.

We are seeking highly motivated graduates from all disciplines. To be successful you will have strong communication skills, an outstanding approach to customer service and love working in a team environment.

The recruitment process will include online assessments, online interviews, a candidate day and a face to face interview.

Relatively slow decision making due to bureaucratic control.
A high proportion of people involved in making tough decisions, execution of plans usually takes more time.
Room for improvement in the technology space i.e. BYOD.
The lack of training provided for Graduates.
