On-going investment in refining technology has resulted in it being Australia's most flexible refinery, capable of producing cleaner fuels such as BP Ultimate. Through manufactured products or imports, the refinery supplies most of Western Australia's fuel

Depending on what team you are in you may be required to do a significant amount of work that does not utilise your tertiary level of education (typical of teams that do not have well established roles for graduates). Graduate work is quite unfulfilling; lack of openness to fresh ideas.
Slightly bureaucratic.
