Maternity leave - seems quite good. I would estimate 3/4 of the partners in my department are women. There is about a 50/50 mix of males in females in the general staff in the department

Every person is treated equally. There is great support in regards to child care and maternity and any personal support needed is readily provided.

Female Partners still a minority, but growing this year in particular. Diverse workforce (ethnicity, background, previous experience)

BDO endorses all of the above. The firm has an appropriate women to men ratio and employs people of various backgrounds. Also, my team actually had four women who went on maternity leave.
