Salary at Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO)

Pay is quite good for a graduate level employee. There are no pay bonuses in my current contract.

The pay is good, not excellent but the high superannuation contribution help boost the overall total. I'm not so sure bonuses are common.

Pay is very for straight out of university. Unsure about bonuses.

As a graduate, the pay is quite good, however in the long term ANSTO may not be for you if a large salary is a deal breaker.

Above average graduate pay in the public sector, good super. Murky bonus structure.

High superannuation contribution and time-in-lieu (flex-time).

Good social club.

Lunch time sport. There is the option to play soccer, badminton, touch football, squash, swimming, etc. onsite during lunch breaks.

Social club runs free sports on site e.g. soccer, yoga, use of gym and swimming pool. Also access to discounted tickets for certain events.

On-site sport, flex time, active social club.

If you are part of the social club, you will regularly get discounted tickets for sporting games, films and musicals.

Relocation expenses were covered, but this may be wound back. We have a swimming pool! A research reactor, particle accelerators, neutrons on tap, excellent environmental science ... yeah ANSTO's alright!
