At the moment, my day-to-day is fantastic. It's lots of interviews and working alongside managers to produce outputs for the client. I'm very much involved and I'm learning a lot, even getting the chance to lead interviews.

They are mainly client and project focused, and range from conducting requirement gathering workshops, formulating project deliverables and managing personal and team workloads.

Current role is working as a Functional Tester for a client in the tolling space. My responsibilities include testing most components on the tolling systems, raise defects in case of deviations, work with the teams for efficient defect remediation and understand new component functionalities before starting off the testing process.

Role rotation did not happen after two years in the same role. getting bored. Nothing much to do in Security

Hard work with often long hours but rewarding and you are given a lot of responsibility and training.

I work as a Front-End developer in a Waterfall/Agile team, working daily on integrating the Front-End Web Interface with the Back-End Salesforce Instance.

Varies heavily which is a plus for me. Involves a lot of lateral thinking, focuses on collaboration and requires good resilience.

Stakeholder management, communications, developing and executing change management deliverables, training.

New role has good coverage of different types of tasks which is useful in learning and developing however previous role was ill-defined and not very useful in developing a career.

Learning heaps, have a good amount of responsibility

Not really challenging myself, but trying to move into something better

Project management role - keeping track of data, milestones, reporting to senior management, resolving ad hoc issues.

Technology consulting comprises of many job tasks and skills. Overall, you could describe this job as being the conduit between the business/financial components of an organisation and the technology departments. We advise large and prestigious businesses on how best to implement new technologies, what the future of the workforce looks like and how to react to maintain an adaptive and thriving organisation.

Providing technology inputs in a business context

At the moment I'm doing a PMO role, which includes general onboarding and off boarding activities.

It depends day-to-day and the type of project you're involved in. It can vary from process mapping (understanding a company's processes and way of doing things), testing technology development, attending workshops, creating PowerPoints.

My role changes when I need it to and can always present me with a challenge.

Consulting skills and business methods are not taught at uni. so, a lot of my day to day work involves learning on the job. Which is great, I learn a lot and in many different industries.

Basically all the work i have been assigned was enjoyable and fun to complete.

Pricing deal structures for new contracts. Working in tandem with the CFM and Sales teams.
